From Boston (A52):

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Straight over roundabout (St. Matthew Church) to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Straight over Clock Tower roundabout. Greystones Hotel is on the right side shortly after the Clock Tower roundabout.

From Lincoln:

Proceed straight over traffic lights after Football Ground into Castleton Boulevard. At the junction with the North Parade promenade, turn right. Straight over Clock Tower roundabout. Greystones Hotel is on the right side shortly after the Clock Tower roundabout.
